Built in UPS to ATX standard

I think every desktop computer today should have a power supply with a built in UPS. I also think that this UPS should be included as part of the ATX spec.  

This would mean if power is suddenly cut to your computer it would gracefully and automatically hibernate or shutdown.  Today, if your computer experiences a power outage you face a total loss of data.

I feel like this type of feature would appeal more to the masses than some geek power-user.  I realize the desktop computer is on the decline, but still millions of them are still being sold each year.  Let's keep innovating...
